Average but still a satisfactory stay.

Space is good and breakfast buffet is well managed. Clean hotel with much space in the lobby to wait for taxies to come. Front desk is helpful.

Once we wanted to make food (A soup with chicken or vegetable) for our one year old baby but the chef said not possible. He is not even at the level to understand the basic english we used. English speaking is a significant issues in Thailand and even this kind of considerably a large and well known hotels not considering of hiring people who can make a simple sentence in english.

Reasonable rate

Big rooms. Ours had a double bed and a single bed. In little India area. Location 20 minutes walk from Central World Plaza shopping centre and 35 minutes by car from Suvarnabhumi Airport (traffic permitting) and near train link to airport.

Couldn’t get internet to work. Swimming pool and fitness open odd hours only 10am to 6pm. No free airport shuttle and the coffee at breakfast tasted like instant.

Very relaxing and helpful staff

Helpful staff fixed my suitcase with no charge. Accomadating my requests.

Asked for an iron after 2 hours, still never came. Also , No hot chocolate/ Ovaltine was available on request. It used to be served previously. Also , snack / drink bar at pool Had no staff .

Not a good choice!

The cleanliness, Close proximity to Indian hotels, Ease of finding the hotel, 30mins to DMK international Airport

Location - no nearby places to visit as tourist, no night walks possible in this area, Bathroom - no faucet spray or pipe available which I felt uncomfortable. Poor design - resembles the ones in 80s(needs a huge renovation) As a whole not worth compared to other hotels. Can't belive it's a 4 star hotel.

would not stay again due to bad wifi and a hard as stone bed

In 2018 the wifi is very important when you have a laptop and need to do some work on it but the Wifi was a waste of time that you can't either log in or it drops out after 5 mins. Also the bed was hard as stone. the check out has 1 staff and a huge line of guests waiting ... not good

Over all a decent good hotel with a metro closeby and can...

Over all a decent good hotel with a metro closeby and can reach easily directly from the hotel and lot of Indian restaurants as well as shopping areas around as well.

No hand shower in the toilet especially the place is filled up with full of Indians, suggest they get it fixed at the earliest I stayed nearly a week had lot of trouble with it Eventhough they does provided a mug

I dnt like anything about the hotel, staff was not friendly...

I dnt like anything about the hotel, staff was not friendly and do not know English. They charge additional for everything, even u ask any factor they say 1000 baht. Very old hotel and room are smelly. We booked 2 rooms for 2 night and paid 6000 baht via booking.com but when we did checkout we paid more 6000 baht for all extra. U can not brings ur local friend to room then u pay more, for toothpaste u pay more. And they way Hoyle staff talk u feel that they are doing favours to us.

I dnt recommend this property to any Indian and other nationalities. Big no to all bachelor who are going Bangkok for fun. Better to pay more in other hotel and dnt look on brand name as we saw Ramada as big hotel chain. But this hotel is really a mess.

I stayed in Ramada in 2005 and Ramada used to be good in 2005 but now found it with poorly maintained. - toilet floor trap covers are loose -shower heads have irregular flow of water -shower hot water is not consistent -no bip tap in toilet for washing -room 2406 (small room)toilet flush is spoilt (horrible experience) -no tooth brush is provided - my family room has two room connected and both Aircon is noisy , difficult to sleep at night -Morning breakfast is not good (pancakes are hard) -not enough table/ chairs to have breakfast

Good Place to be in the Centre

So I will start with the property which I found is very nice to stay ,near to all the attractions like shopping mall to street market ,if your target is the same and not far from other areas too..local market for food Indian and Thai both. Their Breakfast Menu was good but they should consider little more from Indian food options (I mean vegetarian variety Egg less ) bcz I saw so many Indian tourist in the hotel..otherwise continental menu was good enough for a good meal .. Hotel is Made as the classic Ramada should be ,with all the amenities required to a good stay . We were welcomed by Manager from front desk Mr .Nachkirit, He made us comfortable then and there only and was happy to help for choosing a room , we appreciate his efforts ..He was perfect on his Job ..

One suggestion for the Hotel, You should be little more focused to train your staff a bit for the regular practice of being nice and helpfull to all the customer ,I have seen some of them showing rude behaviour to the consumer which is not good for the Hotel, bcz in the end customer will blame hotel for the bad behaviour not for the staff as staff represent the Hotel. Looking forward with a change in training.. Cheers

Vip feel delivered by the hotel and its staff

The quoted rate of a taxi ride provided by hotel personal at the desk located just outside the entry door. Quoted 1000 baht when our metered driver (who also turned his meter off) charged us 400 baht

An alright hotel with not very friendly surroundings.

The location was central and walking distance to Platinum shopping mall. 7-eleven is just across the road.

Staff was not very helpful or friendly. Felt very transactional.

Central enough stay

Convenient to Central Business District. Worth it in terms of price. Facilities were fine too.

Breakfast was a bit pricey but the cafe across the road was excellent.
